Ca’ dell ‘Angelo (Angel’s House) gives you the opportunity to live in a fantastic city area, an oasis of peace, far from the noising tourist flow even if it offers any handy comfort. It is located in Sestiere (district) of Dorsoduro, not far from the ferry stop (San Basilio) and from the area which is one of the most beautiful and romantic walks of Venice, the sunny “Fondamenta Zattere” on the Canale della Giudecca. The nearby supermarket is open until late in the evening. In the area there are some of the most interesting museums of the city: Accademia and Peggy Guggenheim. Moreover you can visit one of the most suggestive churches of this district, San Niccolò dei Mendicoli. The flat is elegant, relaxing and romantic due to its decorations such as with the angel blowing the flute, the bed in pasted shade or the ceiling fan above it offering a pleasant relief from the heat, the comfortable armchairs in the Livingroom refreshed by air conditioning. You will always remember this stay with pleasure.

Before leaving guests must leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and the hob.
Besides, due to the uniqueness of Venice as a city (there are no bins and trash must be left in specific pickup points) guests must take care of garbage pickup.

An extra fee might be charged in case of non-compliance with this procedure.
The rental price does not include final cleaning of € 25,00. It does not include city tax too.
City tax is variable, depending on the type of accommodation and must be paid for the first 5 night of stay.
The City Tax for this apartment amounts to € 4,00 per night/person. Kids between 10 and 16 years old pay half of the amount.
At the arrival - or before the arrival in case of self check-in - all guests must provide a valid ID document, to allow registration process and to sign the rental agreement and to authorize the treatment of personal data for purposes mandatory by law.
All the rules of the condo must be observed. It is forbidden to bother other residents. Loud noises are not allowed between 1:00 and 3:00 pm and between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (see urban police regulation).

To confirm the booking will be request a deposit to 30% of the booking amount, excluding extra costs, by bank transfer or Paypal.
Any transaction cost shall be paid by the customer.
The balance must be paid at least 5 days before arrival if by bank transfer or 3 days if by Paypal.
The balance in cash on arrival is also allowed. We cannot accept credit card payments.
Until 7 days before your arrival the deposit will be totally refunded. Between 6th and 3th day before your arrival will be refunded the 50% of deposit. From that day on, your deposit won’t be refunded.
Any transfer cost is charged to the customer.
In case of early departure, a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of overnight stays not used will be withheld.
