We had a lovely stay at the swallows nest. A special thanks to Sabina and team for the great organisation and quick responses to our requests before arrival. While in Venice, we highly appreciated the great list of recommendations - for example, we had the most pleasant lunch and conversation with the proprietor at Cantina do Mori. The location of the apartment is simply perfect and everything is so well maintained. A home away from home.

Sabina’s flat was the perfect little place for a romantic getaway. Right in the heart of all the tourist attractions in Venice, making it easy to see all the amazing sites of the city.

Esperienza ottima. Sabina è una host ineccepibile! L’appartamento arredato con gusto e nuovo si trova in pieno centro nel quartiere del ponte di rialto ma fuori dalla confusione, quindi silenziosissimo. Dotato di tutti i comfort e cose di prima necessità (caffè, olio ecc.) a disposizione. Sabina molto disponibile ed efficace. Mi ha fatto veramente piacere alloggiare da lei!

Had a comfortable stay at this well equipped and clean property. Apartment was in a fantastic location within walking distance to many points of interest and transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends planning a trip to Venice.
